Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@filmanatix.com. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the item immediately. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away at info@filmanatix.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. Returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are also not accepted. Contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, following the same return conditions mentioned above.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember processing time can vary with banks or credit card companies.
