Please ensure your delivery location is safe and secure.
Processing & Shipping Schedule
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Filmanatix will ship orders to the exact address provided. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Once a package has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
All standard domestic orders will ship via USPS.

USPS Standard Shipping: Orders typically process and ship within 7–10 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
We do not currently offer expedited domestic shipping options.
International Shipping
We currently ship internationally using FedEx as our primary carrier.

Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These fees are not included in your order total.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use the tracking number to follow the delivery status of your package.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@filmanatix.com within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the issue.
